Join us on Friday, 23 May 2025 for our roundtable,“Bridging the Waste Gap: Stakeholder Collaboration for Circularity in Hong Kong's Hospitality Sector”. With the support of the Centre for Hospitality and Real Estate Research at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, this event will unite key stakeholders from the hospitality industry and experts, as well as representatives from the supply chain and providers of environmental solutions, to explore innovative solutions for reducing waste and enhancing circular economy practices. Together, we will explore actionable strategies for minimising waste generation, maximising resource recovery, and creating closed-loop systems, including priority items and those not yet managed by government infrastructure. Our goal is to strengthen our Sustainable Hospitality Roadmap for a more resilient hospitality sector that aligns with Hong Kong's environmental goals and unlocks new business opportunities.
