Our research focuses on topics of social, environmental, and governance issues in the hospitality & travel industry. We scrutinise these topics through lenses of different schools of thought: circular economy, shared value, industrial ecology, performance economy, and more. We analyse and synthesise existing data, policies, case studies, and good practices to provide advice on applicable solutions in the local context.

To help chefs, managers, and owners of various F&B businesses improve the sustainability endeavours within their businesses, GREEN Hospitality decided to introduce the F&B Playbook in collaboration with TREEHOUSE in 2022.

 

Packed with practical tips and tried-and-tested solutions, the F&B Playbook served as an instrumental guide for hospitality and F&B businesses to chart a green recovery pathway as they emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2024, we translated the F&B Playbook into Chinese with the hope that it will benefit more practitioners in the industry..
