Project/Programme Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project/Programme Manager to oversee a wide range of initiatives, ensuring smooth execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a structured approach to project delivery, and a genuine passion for impactful, mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate small to mid-scale stakeholder events from planning to execution.

  • Manage and proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.

  • Ensure efficient communication across teams and partners.​

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and program updates for leadership.

  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of sustainability and project/program management.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently, manage own time, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Based in Hong Kong.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an NGO.

  • Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin or other Asian languages.
