Project/Programme Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project/Programme Manager to oversee a wide range of initiatives, ensuring smooth execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a structured approach to project delivery, and a genuine passion for impactful, mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate small to mid-scale stakeholder events from planning to execution.

Manage and proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring.

Ensure efficient communication across teams and partners.

Prepare reports, documentation, and program updates for leadership.

Identify risks, propose solutions, and keep projects on track.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of sustainability and project/program management.

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently, manage own time, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English is required.

Based in Hong Kong.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in an NGO.

Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin or other Asian languages.
