PROJECT ONE

HONG KONG & GREATER BAY AREA SUSTAINABLE HOSPITALITY ROADMAP

A collaborative initiative to integrate and accelerate sustainability across the hospitality ecosystem in Hong Kong, Macau, and the rest of the Greater Bay Area. Key players in the hospitality industry such as Rosewood Hotel Group, Langham Hospitality Group, Dorsett Hospitality International, Hyatt, and government agencies such as InvestHK, along with several subject matter experts, have congregated to accelerate this agenda across the sector.

PROJECT TWO

FOOD WASTE TO GOOD TASTE

Rethinking ways to manage, reuse, and audit food waste in Hong Kong. With the support of our partners, we are able to host informative seminars, run Food Waste Workshops for student participants, and offer Food Waste Audits and Industry Workshops for participating F&B partners.
