Lucia's interest in sustainability started while studying at the university where she researched the social impact of tourism and the traditional food heritage.
She holds a joint master's degree in Tourism Management (EMTM - European Master in Tourism Management) - a program with a strong focus on ESG delivered by the University of Southern Denmark, the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), and the University of Girona (Spain).
She has been involved in social impact space, diversity & inclusion, and the nonprofit sector through her experience with the Erasmus Mundus Association to which she dedicated almost a decade of incessant work and support. Most recently. Lucia has been engaged with the Foundation for Shared Impact, delivering experiential learning programs at the University of Hong Kong - Impact Lab and Transformative Business Immersion.
Director & Legal Advisor
Mr Li holds a double degree in Business and Law from The University of Hong Kong. He is now currently a practicing lawyer in a construction company. He was part of the initial team that laid the foundation of Soap Cycling. For years he has been active in social community and projects serving both the youth and the elders.
Soap Cycling is the originator and a founding partner of GREEN Hospitality. Justen will represent Soap Cycling on the GREEN's board to ensure continuity and build on Soap Cycling's experience.

Carmen Ng is Director of Sustainability at Langham Hospitality Group. In her role, she leads and drives the sustainability strategy within the Group. She is responsible for a diverse range of sustainability programs including strategy and policy development, management system, capacity building, stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting. She also believes in sustainability is everyone’s responsibility and her role is implanting this concept like DNA into every colleague in the company.

Grassroots Initiatives & Zero Foodprint Asia
In 2012, Peggy Chan opened Grassroots Pantry in Hong Kong with a mission to raise awareness and share knowledge on the benefits of plant-based cuisine. A lot has changed since then. Sourcing unprocessed, sustainable ingredients, the award-winning restaurant earned praise for its inventive, flavourful dishes and set new standards in healthy eating. As chef and owner, Peggy Chan emerged as the region’s most authoritative voice on organic sourcing, and sustainable food systems. Seeking opportunities to scale evidence-based knowledge wherever she could, Peggy developed the Grassroots Initiatives Consultancy arm in 2020 to encourage foodservice professionals to rethink their operational decisions from sourcing, menu development, nutrition, to waste management, and how those decisions affect the planet and its ecosystems. They're now bringing the Zerofoodprint (ZFP) model into Asia.
Associate Dean & Professor
School of Hotel and Tourism Management, PolyU
Professor Brian King is Associate Dean in the School of Hotel & Tourism at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has worked in the tourism field all his professional life linking academia and practice in Europe, Australasia, the Pacific, and Hong Kong. Prof. King's professional industry experience includes airlines (Qantas), tour operations (Wigwam International), destination management (Destination Melbourne), cruise operations (Ocean Spirit Cruises), and hotels. He has provided consulting services to international agencies such as the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) on tourism human resource development and marketing.
Research & Projects
Camille Fabre has a master's degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris with a specialization in China and East Asia.
Throughout her experiences abroad (a year and a half in mainland China, a year in Sweden, and a year in Hong Kong), she has developed a strong interest in sustainability and waste management.
Camille is now thrilled to have become a part of the change in Asia through her work at GREEN Hospitality.
Communications & Events
Lucy is Events and Marketing Professional with wast experience in Asia and the Middle East. She previously worked with hospitality partners to deliver innovative events utilizing strategies to reduce waste and negative environmental impact.
Lucy hopes that her expertise in running large-scale events and marketing can help GREEN Hospitality to gain larger audiences and open new doors for the company's social impact.
TUNG CHING LI
TC is an avid reader, passionate writer, nature and wildlife lover, and Climate Reality Leader with a master's degree in international journalism, and fluency in four languages up her sleeve. After a decade as a writer and editor at advertising agencies and publishing houses, TC decided to put her skills and interest in sustainability issues to good use, first as communications manager at a zero-waste lifestyle company, and currently at the Foundation for Shared Impact, a one-stop-shop for social impact that supports impact-driven organizations such as GREEN Hospitality.
Jan is an environmentalist and a sales leader. Her career started as an organizer at UCLA with an environmental NGO and the first few years were spent working on the issues close to her heart - human health and safeguarding the environment. In the last 14 years she has worked at two of the world’s leading luxury hotels. As a sales leader, she forged excellent relationships with clients from all around the world, coached and led teams, created and implemented sales strategy, all the while boosting revenues and conversion, acquiring and retaining key accounts and building brand preference. When she's not working, you may find her strumming a guitar or paddling in a dragon boat!

Luciane is a Marketing corporate veteran who realised that there was no more time to waste for all of us to take action to address the urgent issues our planet is facing. Being born in Brazil and having lived in several countries around the world, she has experienced many different realities and is now ready to use her skillset to help exert positive change in the world, alongside GREEN Hospitality and its partners. She loves to travel and get immersed in new cultures, food, and history, and she believes there's no better time than now for humanity to work together by using its ingenious creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to change the course of our future.

Andrea has been working in the Hong Kong F&B sector for over a year and wants to aid the improvement of viable, sustainable waste management systems within the industry.
